I like photography because it inspires the practice of seeing beauty in everything. It becomes a matter of framing and instinct. I find dance and architecture to be the most inspiring subjects for me to photograph. I enjoy being second shooter in fashion and events because it feels more intimate. There's something about the immediacy and authenticity of candid portraits that speaks to me. Food photography is intriguing to me because olfactory senses are so difficult to address visually. The earth never ceases to amaze me with its beauty...I almost feel like a cheater when I photograph it...Photography makes me feel the way music does-- Present, and moving through moments.
